Los Olivos' covered terrace offers you a peaceful spot to take in the sunrise, enjoy welcome shade and the spectacular views throughout the day of the hills, the village, the Etang and the church. The garden has three poolside terraced areas to lounge, sunbathe, BBQ and eat under the shade of the mulberry tree. .

The olive garden offers another tranquil space to unwind or kick a football . Meanwhile, the pétanque pitch provides the perfect setting to enjoy a game of boules with a glass of rosé in hand at the end of another glorious day in Occitanie.

IMPORTANT - Please note there is no fence, gate or safety cover to the pool and the pool is less than 5ft deep. In renting the property you acknowledge you have read and agree to the disclaimer below.

By booking and staying at this property, the Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. The property is privately owned, and the Owner/Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or loss that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
2. Guests agree to assume all responsibility for themselves and any persons in their party, including minors and visitors.
3. The Owner/Manager shall not be liable for any inconvenience arising from temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, internet, or plumbing.
4. The Owner/Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.

1. The use of the swimming pool is at the Guest’s own risk.
2. No lifeguard is on duty. All Guests use the pool at their own risk and must exercise caution at all times. A pool maintenance person will visit every 5 days.
3. Guests must note that there is no gate, fence or safety cover for the pool. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. No child under the age of 14 is allowed in or near the pool without adult supervision.
4. Diving, running, rough play, or unsafe behaviour around the pool area is not permitted.
5. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area, use the plastics glasses provided - they are dishwasher and shatterproof safe. If broken glassware is found in the pool, guests will be obliged to pay for the emptying and cleaning of the pool and filter system.
6. Guests with medical conditions or who are pregnant should consult a doctor before using the pool.
7. The Owner/Manager is not responsible for any injuries or incidents resulting from the use of the pool or the surrounding area.
